Shipping Delays

The Canada Post strike, ongoing since November 15, 2024, is causing nationwide shipping delays due to a significant backlog of undelivered items. This strike, involving 55,000 postal workers, has disrupted mail and parcel deliveries for businesses and consumers alike.
Alternative carriers such as Purolator and UPS are also facing challenges, including service disruptions, backlogs, and temporary pauses due to overwhelming demand and capacity constraints. Adverse weather conditions, such as winter storms in Ontario, have further compounded the delays.
We are actively seeking alternative shipping options to minimize these disruptions. However, delays may still occur.
