Marketing Manager

Sugarlash PRO is a company dedicated to the careers of lash artists. As a company we strive to develop the most successful artists, educators, academies, and salons when it comes to lash artistry. Raising the bar higher for what is possible and what is offered in the industry runs through every aspect of our business model — through products, education, partnerships, and more. We are looking for an incredible, driven Social Media Manager to oversee the growth and strategy of the companies social media to increase and improve brand awareness and create high quality content. A Social Media Manager will engage with our community, increase exposure through social media platforms, and develop original content while managing the company image in a cohesive way based on customer driven data.

Duties and Responsibilities

● Lead the creative team of designers, videographers to deliver quality content that performs
● Cultivate and maintain an engaged community of lash and beauty artists who are passionate about Sugarlash PRO
● Build, manage and nurture relationships with our external marketing teams (SEO, paid, Google, social) ensuring targets and campaigns are performing and optimized
● Oversee optimization of social media channels with high impact social media content with a focus on brand engagement and audience development
● Stay current with social media platform tech and trend developments and best practices in an effort to push innovative concepts and test/learn campaigns
● Measure and define marketing KPI’s, measure and prove ROI
● Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
● Partner with email, performance marketing, and web teams to design, test, and evolve lead-nurturing tactics
● Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
● Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
● Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
● Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
● Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
● Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
● Manage content and updates for customer and internal touchpoints, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide sales support
● Conceptualize and execute on multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels
● Help develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public- facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets

Skills and Qualifications

● Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
● Advanced knowledge of E-Commerce
● Advanced knowledge of social media channels relevant to the companies success
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Self-motivated
● Established contacts in media
● Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
● Keen interest in the lash industry as a whole
● Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
● Proven success in designing interactive applications and networking platforms
● Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills and ability to be flexible when priorities shift
● Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
● Works well independently and in a team environment
● Ideal candidate will be eager to learn and grow with the company
● Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns
● Social Media expertise
● Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field
● SEO knowledge and understanding
● Copywriting knowledge
● Willingness to travel

40 Hrs/ Week
Schedule: M-F, occasional weekend and evening if needed

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $60,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
