Once delivery confirmation becomes available, Sugarlash PRO™ is no longer liable for any lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. All shipments containing Liquids (Signature Bond Adhesive, Bond Noir Adhesive, Naked Bond Adhesive, Lash Lift Adhesive, Lash Lift Solutions, etc.) require a signature upon delivery for your protection. Please ensure delivery to a location where you can sign for the package. To waive the signature requirement, contact the delivery company, but be aware that this action forfeits any insurance on your Sugarlash PRO™ package. — Be aware if you have given permission for the delivery company to waiver a need for a signature in the past.
Pickup orders are ready for pickup the following business day. Please note: the cutoff time to order is 10:00 AM MST the day prior to pickup.
Pickup times are Monday to Friday, from 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM MST, at 8452 Roper RD NW, Edmonton, AB T6E 6W4. Please proceed to the front door for pickup.
Out Of Stock Merchandise
If an item you ordered is or becomes out of stock, our team will promptly notify you. You will then have the option to receive a refund or choose an alternative product available at that time.
Orders can be canceled until 9:00 AM MST on the following business day. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or retrieved.
Damaged / Missing Merchandise
Kindly inspect all packages promptly upon delivery. If you suspect an item is damaged or missing, please notify us via email within twenty-four (24) hours of receiving the product. We may need to contact the courier for damage inspection and initiate a claim. Retain all original packing materials for claim purposes. In all instances, merchandise must be returned along with packaging materials. Sugarlash PRO™ retains the right to either replace the item or provide Lash Cash credit towards other products. Please note that no returns will be accepted without prior authorization from our customer service team.
