Refund policy

Merchandise Exchanges and Returns

Sugarlash PRO™ requires notification by email within ten (10) days of receiving your merchandise for any exchange requests. Orders over ten (10) days old are non-returnable. All items eligible for return must be sent back within thirty (30) days of receipt, unopened, and in the original packaging. We do not accept return requests for opened products based on personal preference.

Upon inspection of the returned items, you will receive Lash Cash Credit on your Sugarlash PRO™ account or be eligible for an exchange, subject to customer service discretion. No exchange will be accepted without prior authorization. Please note that Sugarlash PRO™ does not offer refunds.

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. In cases where a return results from our error, we will provide a return label. However, if a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address (e.g., omission of a building or suite number) or an oversight on the purchaser's part (errors in the selected product(s)), shipping and handling fees will apply.

 

Damaged and Missing Merchandise

Please inspect all packages immediately upon delivery. If you believe an item is damaged or missing, notify us via email within twenty-four (24) hours of receiving the product. It may be necessary for us to contact the courier company for a damage inspection and open a claim. Ensure that all original packing materials are retained for claim purposes. In all cases, the damaged merchandise must be returned along with the packaging materials.

Sugarlash PRO™ reserves the right to either replace the item or offer Lash Cash Credit towards other products. Any damaged or missing merchandise must be reported within 30 days of delivery receipt, as the warranty will expire after this period. Please note that no return will be accepted without prior authorization from our customer service team. 

For any faulty products, all of our liquids are warranted for 30 days. To qualify for the warranty, products must be used according to the product description; incorrect usage or storage will void the warranty. Sugarlash PRO will provide a Lash Cash Credit for the purchase amount upon the return of the product at the customer's expense or proof of disposal.

Troubleshooting

In the event of any product errors or concerns, Sugarlash PRO™ reserves the right to conduct further investigations. Regardless of how long a customer has used the product, their personal skill level, or experience, appropriate answers to all questions are required before proceeding with a resolution. Failure to comply with the troubleshooting process will result in a void warranty.

Rewards Policy

To qualify for birthday bonus points, customers are required to enter their birthday at least 30 days in advance.

For points earned through product or course reviews, customers must verify their purchase using the email sent to their inbox.

SL Preferred Points will expire after 1 year of inactivity. Please note that Sugarlash PRO will not reinstate any points that expire due to inactivity.

Academy and Courses

Sugarlash PRO™ Academy does not offer refunds on courses, as access is provided immediately. Courses cannot be transferred or exchanged. Similar to attending a university or college, if you decide to not continue, the course is nonrefundable. The good news is that you have lifetime access to the course(s) and the information, allowing you to revisit them at any time.

SL Membership

As immediate access to all benefits and discounts is provided, we do not offer refunds. Please note that the SL Membership has been discontinued. For any information regarding your member benefits, please contact our customer service department.
