ACADEMY

DO I NEED A LICENSE BEFORE I BECOME A STUDENT?

The regulations in each country/state are different for providing lash services, and licensing may or may not be required. Sugarlash PRO is not responsible for pre-screening, and all due diligence is up to the individual purchasing courses to comply with their state or province's regulations.

ARE THERE ANY PREREQUISITES FOR THE ONLINE COURSES?

There are no prerequisites needed to take one of our courses. We offer advanced education to everyone from beginners to experienced lash artists looking to advance their skills. To register for a course just add it to your cart! Some states/provinces require an esthetics license to perform lash services while others do not. Please check with your local cosmetology board in your area.

ONCE I ENROL, CAN I CHANGE THE OWNER ON THE ACCOUNT?

As access to the course is granted immediately, they are non-transferrable.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO COMPLETE MY COURSE?

Once purchased you have lifetime access to your course and you can finish at your own pace!

WHAT SHIPPING COMPANY DO YOU USE?

International orders are through UPS, and Canadian orders are through FedEx.

HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

Once Sugarlash PRO™ has fulfilled your order, you will receive an order and shipping confirmation, complete with a tracking number..

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE WITHIN CANADA?

Once fulfilled, shipping within Canada takes 1-3 business days. Please check your tracking information for further information.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE TO THE USA?

Once fulfilled, shipping to the United States takes 1-2 business days. Please check your tracking information for further information.

MY PACKAGE HAS NOT ARRIVED? WHAT DO I DO?

Please contact UPS or FedEx, as it is their responsibility to deliver the package to the consignee. Once an order leaves our warehouse, a tracking number and shipping details are emailed to the customer. Once you have spoken to the shipping company, please contact info@sugarlashpro.com if you require further assistance. (The time frame for an investigation is 1-8 business days.)

DO YOU OFFER LOCAL PICKUP?

Please refrain from arriving at the address without an order confirmation, as we do not facilitate same-day orders, and our warehouse does not have a system for on-site payments.

Pickup orders are ready for pickup the following business day.  Please note: the cutoff time to order is 10:00 AM MST the day prior to pickup.

Pickup times are Monday to Friday, from 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM MST, at 8452 Roper RD NW, Edmonton, AB T6E 6W4. Please proceed to the back door for pickup.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Sugarlash PRO™ requires notification by email within ten (10) days of receiving your merchandise for any exchange requests. Orders over ten (10) days old are non-returnable. All items eligible for return must be sent back within thirty (30) days of receipt, unopened, and in the original packaging. We do not accept return requests for opened products based on personal preference.

Upon inspection of the returned items, you will receive Lash Cash Credit on your Sugarlash PRO™ account or be eligible for an exchange, subject to customer service discretion. No exchange will be accepted without prior authorization. Please note that Sugarlash PRO™ does not offer refunds.

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. In cases where a return results from our error, we will provide a return label. However, if a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address (e.g., omission of a building or suite number) or an oversight on the purchaser's part (errors in the selected product(s)), shipping and handling fees will apply.

Please allow 24 hours for re-processing. You will receive notification with shipping details once your new order has been processed. You will be provided with an exchange, or credit.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Please note that all order adjustments, edits, and cancellations need to be made before 9:00 AM MST the following business day. After this time period, the order will go out as is.

PAYMENTS

PAYPAL PAYMENT

It can take several business days for your eCheck transfer to complete and the recipient can use the funds from your payment. Here are estimates based on which country your bank account is from:

U.S. - up to 4 Business days

Canada - up to 8 Business days

UK - up to 9 Business days

Australia - 7-8 Business days

Your eCheck payment does not appear in your recipient's balance until the transfer is complete.

If you have any further questions I would encourage you to contact PayPal directly for them to explain the timeline of clearance.

CAN YOU LOWER MY INVOICE AND PUT IT AS GIFT VALUE?

We are unable to alter the pricing of our products, and we must abide by the customs regulations in our customers' regions. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Sugarlash PRO does not test on animals or ask others to do so on our behalf.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS LATEX FREE?

All products are latex and formaldehyde-free.

WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?

Our Distribution Centre is in Canada. To avoid competitors going to our manufacturers we are not required to disclose our products country of origin.

DO YOU OFFER FREE SAMPLES?

No, Sugarlash PRO does not offer free samples at this time.

DO YOU REQUIRE ME TO SEND IN MY LICENSE?

We do not. We sell internationally and some countries do not require a license to perform these services. These products are for PROFESSIONAL USE ONLY and you are required to disclose that via a checkbox prior to purchase.
