Which shields should I use for a Korean Lash Lift?
Shield shape helps determine your final result. Softer, rounded shields—like Sugarlash PRO shields—create a soft, curved lift, while flat shields create a straighter, more lifted effect. Choose your shield size to suit your client’s lash length and desired finish.
LIFT Application
How do I apply LIFT solution?
LIFT can be applied downward onto the eye pads, as demonstrated by Sugarlash PRO educator Irene in our webinar, or upward onto a flat shield. A compatible thickening powder can help control the solution’s consistency and placement. Always keep solution away from the eyes and follow your product’s application instructions.
Processing
Should I use plastic wrap during processing?
Plastic wrap speeds up processing, just as it does with a traditional lash lift. It is not recommended for beginner artists, and processing times must be monitored carefully to avoid overprocessing.
Set & Nourish
How do I finish the lift with SET and NOURISH?
For the SET stage, position your curved shields and use a small amount of adhesive balm to secure the lashes before applying SET solution. After removing Step 2, apply NOURISH for 2–3 minutes to help restore moisture to the lashes
