How to Use
Grip the base of the fan either from the top or the bottom with your tweezers, and lift directly up off the tape. If picking up from the bottom, place the fan down to realign, and pick the fan back up from the midpoint using the foot of the tweezer. Dip the base of the fan 1-2mm into the adhesive bead and proceed to application.
